Minutes of the 62nd Annual General Meeting of CSMA Farnborough Group held on Saturday 2 April 2011 at the Jolly Farmer, Blacknest, Alton, Hants commencing at 8.50 p.m.
Present:
There were present the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and 11 members.
1. Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Jean Gordon, Nigel Wilkes and Adrian and Jackie Hobbs.
2. Minutes of the 61st Annual General Meeting
It was proposed by Alf Preston and seconded by John Cockerton that the minutes be adopted.
3. Matters Arising
The Cody Club had not been proceeded with as a venue for clubnights because of the cost and relatively isolated location.
A report was circulated and comments invited. John Cockerton was delighted at the success of the 2010 Topographia Rally. It was proposed by Jill Cutting and seconded by Derick Price that the report be adopted.
A report was circulated and comments invited. The Secretary elaborated on Project AIM and on what it was hoped it would achieve. It was proposed by Don Gordon and seconded by Barbara Allday that the report be adopted.
Copies of the Group accounts were circulated, on which the Treasurer provided explanations. It was proposed by Don Bray and seconded by Alf Preston that the accounts be adopted.
7. Election of Officers

8. Election of Committee Members
It was proposed by John Cockerton and seconded by Dave Pegg that the current
Committee Members, namely Jill Cutting, Ian Moir and Derick Price be re-elected.
9. Consideration of Motions
No motions had been submitted for consideration.
10. Any other Business
John Cockerton asked that the thanks of the Meeting for the Committee’s work over the last year be recorded.
In response to a question, Ian Moir explained how Filter was currently distributed.
The meeting closed at 9.40 p.m.
