Extracts from the Minutes of the 61st Annual General Meeting of CSMA Farnborough Group
held on Saturday 10 April 2010 at the Jolly Farmer, Blacknest, Alton

Present:
There were present the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and 11 members.

1. Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Don, Gwenda and Jean Gordon and John and Frieda Smith.
 
4. Chairman’s Report
A report was circulated and comments invited. Reg Dennis thanked the Committee for the events they had organised
.
5. Secretary’s Report
A report was circulated and comments invited. There was discussion on the circumstances surrounding the Group’s withdrawal from caravanning activities and the publicity given to the “Big Weekend” at Thruxton.

7. Election of Officers
In the absence of other nominations the existing Officers,
Chairman: Gill Moir, Secretary: Paul Cutting, and Treasurer: Dave Pegg,  were re-elected, Proposer: Laurence Castledine, Seconder: Nigel Wilkes

8. Election of Committee Members
John Smith was unable to continue as a Committee member due to ill health, and the meeting extended its thanks for the contribution John had made. It was proposed by Nigel Wilkes and seconded by Reg Dennis that the remaining Committee Members, namely Jill Cutting, Ian Moir and Derick Price be re-elected.

10. Any other Business
John Cockerton had recently visited Wheel Farm and recommended the CSMA Leisure Facilities to other members.
John Walters suggested that the Cody Club in Farnborough might be considered as a venue for Group meetings.
